      benefits start right away, room for growth

      managers play favorites, they put their staff down and get away with it, ridiculous policies that claim to be "legally required" yet no other FI uses them.. workplace gossip. Way underpaid for what is expected. Micromanagement

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
