      The company philosophy is great.

      Cons

      Lack of support for new employees working in the Scotiabank branches. Most of new staff in the comercial area get lost and some just gave up of the job.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
