      Variety of roles so you don't get bored, you can keep changing departments to expand your knowledge blah blah blah

      Cons

      Have to be in each role 3 years, most managers are supportive of you want to change around 2 years or if it benefits them

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
