Pros

Very streamlined, focused and excellent portfolio of clients to work with. For an agency environment also very collaborative, strong team environment with friendships. There is a reason why Procom is so well known in the tech industry and one of the highest rated with contractors and clients - very customer service focused (though you will occasionally deal with poorer performers thats just life). Lots of room to make commission on top of your base - bonuses every month, quarter and year for top performers. Great dynamic where they have Lead Recruiters manage smaller teams so you can actually get better training and one-on-one attention. Performance metrics are clear and concise.

Cons

Extremely fast paced with lots of volume. You should be making 50-60 quality submissions a month overall and I emphasize quality because if the Account Managers don't submit your shortlist to the client it doesn't matter how many subs you did. Note that Account Managers are inconsistent in terms of their own quality control, sometimes you are at the mercy of AMs that want every criteria checked before submitting and other AMs don't qualify their roles appropriately. If you are not adaptable and not fast you will not do well here. Be comfortable with hefty workload.

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
