Pros

One of the biggest staffing agency in the industry. They are known for IT Jobs with well known clients in major sectors - financials, government, retail, etc.

Cons

- Poor wage bracket - they start you off with little bit above Minimum and attract you with their Benefit. You don't even get basic benefit, its just very minimal. - Account Support role is more of a Customer Service role - it has no connection to HR/Payroll what so ever. You are constantly on the phone with either clients or employees. If you have a background in HR, this role is definitely not something that you should take on. - They don't value their employees - hence they have high turnover. I've been there for only one year and i noticed around 5-10 new hires every month. - The HR group does not back up the Employees, they just go with what the managers have to say. - You're on your own to figure things out - even though there are different levels of authority, they would all point fingers at different directions. - Very bad Leaders/Managers in the company - i can only recall handful of managers/leaders that are good. - Expect more from you than what you are capable of and even if you go above and beyond in return you don't get the simplest recognition (not even from the account manager/TLs) - Overall, this is by far the worst company i had worked with in my experience. They might have a big name and reputation but when you go to the employee level only then would you know the real deal.

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
