      Pros

      During my time at Long View, I've felt more appreciated and respected than I have at any other job. Everyone, including leads and management, shows their appreciation for the work you do and the effort you put in. They also work with you towards goals you'd like to achieve, whether it's moving up in the company or a personal goal like owning your own house. Definitely would recommend working here!

      Cons

      Hours may feel long and some days will feel more exhausting than others. Many first level positions will start out as a contract employment as well.

      Pros

      Large Canadian presence and solid leadership from the top, but not so much in the Sales org

      Cons

      No marketing or demand generation makes it very hard on the sales team. Middle managers/VPs can be toxic depending on your location. No cohesion across departments.
