-3 weeks holidays -3 days bereavement -5 days sick time -Health benefits are good if you pay into them, base benefits aren't good -No vision care available at all -No wellness/physical credits offered unless you drop the health care package completely -Extended leave is offered with no promise of a position upon return

Starts right away, 100% coverage instead of 80% like some of my other previous positions, RRSP Contribution at year end. Long Term Training available.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Good Holiday offerings: Holidays include extra days for Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and recognize all federal and provincial holidays. Holidays start with 3 weeks at hire and can be negotiated. Extra week every 5 years of service Health insurance is good Salary is on the lower to middle end of the industry scale, but can be middle to high for some hard to hire roles and skills. Some challenges with pay equity
