Flexible benefits. Most things are covered, based on what coverage you choose. There are some limitations. HSA available in one option... would be amazing if an HSA was available in all choices.
As a contractor I am not eligible for benefits. Although I do have quite a bit of flexibility, including working from home when needed.
Medical benefits package is an average at best. Contribution of flat 5% of the annual salary to the RRSP. Employee assistance program provided by a third party

Insurance, PTO is the best in the industry. Profit sharing, performance bonuses and RRSP. Company also pays for dental, vision and prescription insurance.
