Pros

Intuit is a really great place to work in terms of benefits, and the length that the company goes to give employees perks and other bonuses. The work-life balance is the best I've seen at a bay area company where the norm is to overwork employees.

Cons

Things tend to move really slow compared to other companies. Decisions always seem to pull in way to many people and everyone wants to voice their opinion, slowing things down. The enterprise security team is also ridiculously antagonistic, they treat employees as if they were all trying to hack/steal company information instead of working with them when they find some issue.

Pros

Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Cons

It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
