Performance Bonus is the best
Intuit goes above and beyond to make sure they are a top employer. We have it so good when you look at everything holistically. I love that we are a pay for performance company, above and beyond my base salary, if you are top talent, you get recognized with both additional cash and stock units (which need to vest). I make sure I take advantage of every benefit to me, wether it is the stock purchase discounts through ESPP program, RRSP matching program for my retirement, health benefit include massage or even our well being for life program. (All public info https://www.intuitbenefits.com/ca/) The worst part of the benefits package is the amount of lunches provided, so inevitably, you might put on a few pounds if you work here.

no benefits as a contractor. When my grandmother passed away - i didn't get bereavement leave at all and my boss just said i could "work from home" for the week. No sense of empathy for contractors as people.
Intuit has a great benefits package, at least compared to everything I've seen. To try finding the worst is artificial.
It's almost ridiculous how many ways they find to give you perks or additional money.

They offer exceptional benefits package that extends to all your family members. Additional benefits like financial advisory services, physical well-being services and group discounts are also offered to staff and their families.
no benefits, no bonus. the clients expect to get free accountants on the line to help them with their accountancy of their business on the line...they think it is that kind of service that they get with the software packet so frustrating experience and and just to much to keep doing it.
soft benefit: really do value work life balance. there are crazy periods, but that happens everywhere. hard benefit: great stock purchase plan and matching.
