Pros
Work Balance is great, no micro-managing and an amazing work culture. The pay is really good and it comes with excellent commission. We also get "spot lights" that are given as gift cards to variesCons
For me it would be location because I live up north. Working hybrid does help and the company provides a travel allowance so I guess that's still a pro.Advice to Management

I had the pleasure of interviewing for a marketing role with Intuit last year, and I must say that the interview process was great. From the initial screening call to the final round of interviews, the team was very professional and organised. Overall, it's a great experience.For my second interview, I've completed a 20-min demo presentation in the interview, 5-min break and 30-min Q&A.
