Pros

Intuit has set 5 values for itself as well as a mission to help people prosper, and you can actively see the people within the org striving to meet those values every day. They're a company walking the walk, not just talking the talk. Work-life balance is great, benefits are awesome, and I feel really valued by both my immediate team and by the larger org. It feels like a company that actually recognizes how important people are to its success and puts action into place to take care of its team.

Cons

It's a huge org, so it's easy to get caught in red tape or long hunts to find the person with the right information you need to complete your task. There's a lot of legal compliance that needs to go into tax and money products which is limiting sometimes.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
