Pros

I've been working at Intuit for the past 3 years and it's been such a great experience. Everyone is legit friendly and nice. I rarely have problems with co-workers. Your work actually makes a difference here. There are so many amazing perks and benefits. I love the Spotlight program where you get paid for recognition of your work, RSUs, $1300 wellness benefit, and PTO! It never feels high stress even though everyone works hard to meet goals. Surrounded by awesome teams!

Cons

Meeting heavy culture, could be toned down a bit so that there's more working time -Wish we had dedicated no meeting days like Friday all day—and that everyone would adhere to it -Content Design salary could be a lot higher and on par with Product Design since we do the same amount of work and work with more designers. -Salary also isn't as competitive as other tech companies like FB, Google, AMZ, etc.

Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

Cons

It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
