It is a nightmare working with convergys. there are no pros.

Forced Over time and it always is adjusted with manned hours..even if there is no deficit, horrible supervisors who do not care about employee welfare, employees are treated like slaves, No proper management, its been a month after proper exit formalities & even after multiple and constant follow ups they fail to give resignation acceptance letter. They do not address any issues, cabs arrive way too early, unnecessary pressure from seniors, no encouragement or appreciation, there are no opportunities for growth even if the IJPs come up one need to be the reporting manager's favourite to apply else there is no chance, its not the talent that matters but favoritism, there is no transparency in incentives or payouts, Senior management always has a deaf ear to the woes, food court serves stale food most of the time and it becomes very difficult during the nigh times when not even a vending machine is provided by the company.There is absolutely no peace if working for convergys. here is no life at all. forget work-life balance. I was forced to quit the job because of immense pressure and inhuman behaviour from the company and still suffering from it as I do not have any substantial evidence for having worked for 6 months here as they are not paying heed to the requests to send in the resignation letter/acceptance letter. Neither is there any settlement amount
