    ,a lot of friendly people and they have paid training

    Cons

    it is shift work that changes every few months, no room for work-home balance--managers are not too sympathetic if you need time off for personal reasons.It is a very high stress job,constant people yelling at you about their bills

    Convergys is a great place to always something new going on and has great benefits.

    The only con is shift bids every three to four months.

    Pros

    I hate to say this but there isn't too many pros to working here. Sure it's full-time and has benefits, which I'm sure is because without that NO ONE would apply.

    Cons

    I'm honestly surprised they have anyone left in Welland, or Niagara for that matter, to hire. The shifts are god awful, straight afternoons, and loyalty to the company gets you SQUAT. The training is a joke, you are not prepared to move out to the floor, and the "floor support" most times is no where to be found. You are DISGUSTINGLY underpaid for the type of work they expect. It's no longer a "customer service" job...
