      Lot of different opportiunities so you can find what you want. Certain amount of flexibility in the work opportunities.

      Cons

      Large organisation - challenges associated with that. India operations was primarily a back office so challenging jobs were less.

      Many different projects to work on and get tons of experience Great professional communities (Architects, Managers, PMOs, etc.) Great employee networks and affinity groups Good insurance benefits and a matching 401k
