      Poor work-life balance and outcome is burnt out

      Pros

      Allows work from home when needed. Scope to learn new things.

      Cons

      Serious problem with work life balance and natural outcome is burnt out. Management is always pushing for new deliveries. Salary is not that great. Less career growth opportunity. People working with same level for years. Not much of vacation and recently even removed option to buy vacations.
