CANDESCENT interview questions

I interviewed with this company August 2025 through a recruiting agency. I went through a recruiter screening, hiring manager, then Director interview (3 weeks). According to the recruiter I did well until I eventually got ghosted. Third party recruiter couldn't get any answers from them either - was told by recruiter to cross it off my list. Terrible experience

Straight Forward and easy. They took the time to learn about me and gave me the opportunity to learn about them. It was friendly and I enjoyed meeting multiple team members via both phone and on sight.
