      This company has no pros and no benefits for their employees

      Cons

      This has been one of the most unstructured and disappointing workplaces I’ve experienced. There is a clear lack of process and leadership clarity, along with instances of unprofessional behavior in team meetings. The hiring approach appears inconsistent, with short-term engagements that are not transparently communicated. Anyone considering joining should exercise caution—review all terms carefully, especially around termination, and make an informed decision beyond the interview experience. No Work life Balance

      Work like balance is available

      Cons

      Only good when your have a strong project. Once project is over they will send you home unfairly. They don’t have many other clients as well so they can’t send you there. Start up behaviour - also very suspicious why most reviews say “no cons” must be paying for fake reviews

      Employee and the work culture is good. One can have balance life with work and family life

      Cons

      You are safe till you have the project. If you get release from project they will release you from the company too without any compensation. No management.
