This has been one of the most unstructured and disappointing workplaces I’ve experienced. There is a clear lack of process and leadership clarity, along with instances of unprofessional behavior in team meetings. The hiring approach appears inconsistent, with short-term engagements that are not transparently communicated. Anyone considering joining should exercise caution—review all terms carefully, especially around termination, and make an informed decision beyond the interview experience. No Work life Balance
