This has been one of the most unstructured and disappointing workplaces I’ve experienced. There is a clear lack of process and leadership clarity, along with instances of unprofessional behavior in team meetings. The hiring approach appears inconsistent, with short-term engagements that are not transparently communicated. Work like balance is available

Only good when your have a strong project. Once project is over they will send you home unfairly. They don’t have many other clients as well so they can’t send you there. Start up behaviour - also very suspicious why most reviews say “no cons” must be paying for fake reviews
