Project Test Lead
Pay Rate: $81.18/hour, depending on experience
Contract Length: 8 Months

Raise is currently hiring a Senior Project Test Lead on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a major Canadian airline.
Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
As our client continues to modernize their guest experience, they are seeking a highly skilled Project Test Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on a critical business initiative: integrating a new Meal Voucher Vendor into our Disruption Management System to seamlessly handle rebooking’s and support impacted guests during flight disruptions.
The Project Test Lead will be responsible for developing a holistic test plan covering the end-to-end test scope for all teams and applications involved in this integration. You will ensure robust test coverage, strict traceability, and seamless defect management, while identifying and mitigating test-related risks across multiple overlapping workstreams.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), product teams, and senior stakeholders to align on testing processes, ensuring a highly successful and reliable deployment.
