Interview
The interview took around 15-20 mins. They ask you some usual questions to get to know you then move on to questions related to the role. Since this is a call center industry, they are expecting you to know how to handle pressure, take high volume of calls and be flexible as the shift varies. They operate 24/7. They had asked like 6-8 questions during the interview and then move on to the final interview.

Interview
Applied online and get a short 15 mins phone interview from recruitment. Phone interview was nice and easy and then got invited to a group interview base on their set day and time.
The group interview was too long in my opinion as it took over 2.5 hrs. First it was company introduction, self introduction and then 2 online simulation about insurance and angry customers. Then they ask you 2 more individual questions at the end and that's it.
