    Pros

    Amazing co-workers, soo many opportunities for advancement. Great benefits and salary. Oh and they pay for your training to pass the insurance exam.

    Cons

    No cons really. The company likes improving things so there is always changes coming down the line. Also, if customer service is not for you then it might not be the right job for you.
