Interview
The interview itself was well-structured and engaging. I appreciated that the interviewer took the time to walk me through the role, the company's values, and the team dynamics. It was clear they were genuinely interested in getting to know me as a person, not just a candidate on paper. They asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences while also giving me the chance to learn more about the company’s culture and vision.
