It was very straight forward.
Had a couple of interviews (1 with the reporting manager and 1 with the HOD) before the offer discussion happen.
I have seen many complains about the interview process but mine was satisfactory and nothing came as a surprise/ out of the ordinary

Interview
After being selected from the pool of applicants based on my resume, I was invited to attend an interview with the HR recruiter and the Hiring manager. Following a few days, I received the exciting news that I had been chosen for the position. The company then requested that I provide the necessary documents to proceed with the employment process.
