The whole process took 4 steps: starting with HR call, followed by hiring manager interview, technical peer interview and last stage was a business case. Time wise it was a bit over a month for the 4 stages.

I've reached only first round of interview with hiring manager. She was friendly and explained me the stages. But I felt that I am not going to the next round of interviews.
