I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Uber (Singapore) in Mar 2015
Interview
Multiple interviews with complete set of management from various functions from operations, business development, corporate development. Most around background, experience, fit, and some hypothetical questions to test modes of thinking. Everyone was very nice and the interviews were interesting and challenging but there was not a clear path to recruitment set out from the start so you have to be patient.

Interview
The process was long but easy to navigate, there were delays from hiring managers and the committee but overall it was a positive experience. I decided to decline the role in the end as we could not agree on the terms of the contract, but overall was impressed with the process.
