I applied online and heard back from a recruiter the next day to schedule an initial interview. During the first interview, the recruiter was very nice and professional. She discussed details about the company, culture and role. I was assigned an exercise to complete by the next day to help measure creativity and relevant experience. I was invited to several rounds of interviews to meet with potential colleagues. The interview process was straightforward with questions geared to learn more about experience, work ethic, personality and instincts. You get a great sense of the company and what's expected of you through the interview process.

The interview was conducted by video conference. The interview started punctually and lasted exactly 30 minutes as planned. It was objective and the recruiter was competent to conduct it. We started in Portuguese and then continued in English, because language was a requirement for the job.
