The phone screen with the recruiter came off as a good experience, and she was very friendly. After the initial phone screen, you move to the phone interview with the Senior Manager. Conversation during the interview felt unnatural and had no flow, and was often very hard to follow from the speakerphone feedback (and long pauses in between Q&A) in his office as well as the various voices talking/whispering in the background while I was speaking.
