I was applied in this post via an online circular in Dhaka head office, Bangladesh. They call me for an interview after two days through SMS. I was informed to have my CV with me.

I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Uber (Chandigarh)
Interview
There were a total of four rounds-
1st round was a written test consisting of operations and market expansion based questions. The candidate was expected to be creative with his/her answers. A practical application strategy of the idea was also expected from the candidate.
2nd round wasa GD- Our group topic was -What can Uber do to emerge as the market leader in the Online food ordering Industry
3rd round- Technical Interview- This was Case solving round, along with questions from the resume.
4th round- HR round.

Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance
Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis and thereby retain them
