Interview
The interview was straight forward. I was asked about the five Cs of credit and the basic financial EBITDA based analysis questions. The interview went well but I decided that I USAA was not for me. I really like the location and the amenities but it's was too large or a corporate setting for me. It may work well for you. Good luck. It's a great company.
I felt like I was being interviewed for a different role. The questions where not related to what was stated on the JD. The first interview was credit related, I moved on to the next stage and was surprised what I was expected to know.
