My recruiter was as nice as he could be. Sometimes getting ahold of him was tough but was very transparent about when things would happen. He put me through a preliminary interview of about one question and a ton of info before putting me through with the hiring manager of the department. That was the actual interview, went about an hour and then some. Was given a contingent offer about a day or so after that.

They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.

Just say I was over qualified. The people were dressed as if they were at a swap meet. The office was small, just not anything I expected. The interviewer only spoke of occurrences if you were late! Micromanagement City
