Interview
One month passed by after I applied and I received an email for a phone interview. The phone interview was within a week and the recruiter asked me simple questions. I was asked about 5 questions; look at number 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Below are the questions numbered. The Manager Interview is on-site and all of the questions below is what I was asked during the interview process. Also, do your research on the company and open-ended questions. You need to have confidence in your voice. Also, search for the STAR Interview Method. Ask questions too! The job itself will be a couple of months out so don't expect to start working the next month after getting hired.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
