It lasted for good 25-30 minutes. My managers took time to warm up. She had all basic question for me.
- Have you worked with customer before?
- How do you plan to commute daily?
- What are your strengths?
I was hired on spot and joined my team, the next day.
It was a very easy process. In general, it was a lot of behavioral questions which made the interview feel very stress free. I personally felt that it was more like a conversation which made it very easy to sit through and answer.
Good. they asked good questions. for example. Why would you like to work here. what do you like about tim hortons. do you like our coffee. do you know what a double double is.
It was a pretty relaxed and straightforward interview. The interviewer mainly asked about my past work experience, customer service skills, and availability. They also explained the job responsibilities and what a typical shift would look like.
