Super easy! My brother worked at the company, and I guess they liked him - cause that was all we talked about before I was hired. I brought in a printed copy of my resume, that was briefly looked at, then they asked about my availability. Having been referred by an old employee they liked, it was hardly an interview.

The interview process was really easy. They asked me: Tell me about yourself, do you have customer service experience, what is your availability. Standard questions. Got hired on the spot.

Very friendly and straight forward process. I was contacted by HR after applying online on Indeed, and after a short phone interview, I was scheduled to have an in-person interview with the store manager.

Quick and easy. They asked situational questions and some stuff about your experience. Just make sure they know your availability and if you want or don't want a specific role (they offered me the Replenisher role too).
