I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tim Hortons (Bangor, ME) in Feb 2015
Interview
The owner interviewed me himself. He was very personable and made me feel a lot less nervous about the whole process. He gave me a lot of information and asked between 15 and 20 questions regarding the food service industry, customers, and my work history. I got called back for training about 3 days later. The overall process took less than 2 weeks.
