It was all online up to the 1:1 in store interview. Very user friendly. I thought it was an excellent interview platform for both the recruiter and the potential candidate. You can get your best qualities across and at the same time discriminitory practices are eliminated.
Great process seems to be organized and coordinated. Overall a good process just low pay for what I was looking for. I worked at Lowe’s and it was much better.
