Benefits are fine as long as you're full time. Part timers get almost nothing. And getting hired into full time is nearly impossible.
Benefits package is the most basic manual life package. Only covers $300 for mental health like psychology, therapists (any type of therapy).
benefits are amazing although I am part time worker I am also entitled to the benefits the company provides. Apart from that they are very flexible and cooperating in terms of taking leave for exams etc.
There is a lack of understanding that the employees are the assets of the organization not the customers nor are the products. Employees are viewed as numbers and easily replaceable beings. Not so much focus on personal and professional development of the employees
