After you submit your resume a recruiter will contact you. If they are interested in you, they will set up an interview with the hiring manager. It was a long process between submitting my resume and getting an email letting me know the recruiter wanted to set up an interview.

Interview
Of all insurance companied I've interviewed at, The Hartford asks the most technical questions. I had an initial screening with HR, and then a set of 3 interviews: one was a case study where they give you 25 min to analyze data and provide your observations and recommendations; one was with a director, which asked questions related to my experience, and the other was also with a director who asked more random questions, including math questions and behavioral questions.
