First completed online assessment test prior to any interviews. Was then contacted via email to schedule a phone interview. Completed telephone interview . Was then asked to come interview at the company in two separate interviews with 4 different managers, to at each interview.

Tell me about a time when you did not listen to a co-worker or Superior and wish you that you had? why did you not listen to them? What was the outcome? How could you have addressed the situation differently?
I had three friendly interviews. The hiring process was quick. I met with the recruiter, direct manager and their manager. I started less than a month after my initial interview. I tried to negotiate salary but was not successful.

Straight forward interview. They are open about their expectations regarding their current hybrid set up. You must to go the officee 3 days a week. Opportunity to meet your actual colleagues during the interview process.
