Interview
1. Initial phone call with recruiter
2. Phone call from scheduler to schedule interview with hiring mgr
3. Telephonic Interview with 2 managers
The interviewers informed me he notification process would take a long time and to be "patient" this led me to believe I was hired. I didn't hear back from Hartford so I contacted the recruiter after 2.5 weeks. She have me the bad news and I requested feedback from the interview. Never received any feedback. 2 months later I received an email with more confirmation that I wasn't selected.

Interview
Did a phone interview with a recruiter, then had a panel interviewer with hiring managers. Overall the process seemed to go well until I had the panel interview and they never contacted me afterwards. I think it left a bad taste in my mouth when not only did I receive no rejection email but took time out of my schedule to interview. I found out only when the website stated the position was filled. The recruiter was non responsive after interview was scheduled which I found highly unprofessional. How hard is it to schedule a canned rejection email?
