Forwarded resume and was called back for an interwiew. The interwiew consisted of a technical exam to verify basic programming knowledge and also a formal interview with questions about your past experience, behavioural questions.
After a few days I got a call back with an offer

Question 1
Due to the nature of the business, how would you feel to be reassigned to projects that require different skill sets on a short/medium time period?

Interview
Started off with a quick phone interview then a face-to-face interview followed. A simple skills test was conducted after the face-to-face interview. The whole interview process took about 1 hr. Received an offer a few days after the 1:1 interview.
