Doesn't Recommend Neutral Outlook No opinion of CEO Pros Coworkers are all very friendly and supportive You do get to work on a varieties of projects at different client sites There are a variety of company events throughout the year Good work life balance Cons No bonus for entry level employees. Starting vacation only 10 days. Could use more training before sent to client sites. Lack of career growth. Below average starting salary. Advice to Management Increase pay and number of vacation days and provide a clear path for growth if you want to retain your employees.

Talk with COO and an engineer for about 30-45 minutes, mainly about my resume and experience. They left and I wrote a test pencil and paper in a room alone and handed it in to the receptionist.

1. Write code to test whether a number is prime. 2. Write code to convert all uppercase letters to lowercase letters (you can't use any built in functions). 3. You are given system xyz, what information is needed to perform testing? 4. When do you know when enough testing has been accomplished? 5. Design a server that has to take a fair number of requests. What about if you don’t know how many requests you will be taking? What if the requests had different priorities?

Forwarded resume and was called back for an interwiew. The interwiew consisted of a technical exam to verify basic programming knowledge and also a formal interview with questions about your past experience, behavioural questions. After a few days I got a call back with an offer
