The interview was just a quick 5-minute phone call, very brief and straightforward—no in depth questions, just a short conversation to confirm interest and go over basic details. All I did was apply on indeed and they set up the call. She said they would reach out to me by the end of week and they did not.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
