Group Interview and only a couple of candidates would be contacted back. This was used as a tactic to get you in the office and then get you to get a insurance license with limited time to attain it.

It was open to ask your own questions, I asked good questions and was even told they were great questions.
easy and good i didnt have to answer too many questions the interviewer was my boss and he was very nice. I got hired on the spot i had a referral though. It was a smooth process overall
