I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
It is virtual. They use HireVue like a lot of companies these days. There are about 5 questions. You are able to practice beforehand. They present the question and you have about two minutes to respond. If you don’t like your response, you may re-record one time. Dress business casual , have good lighting, try to relax & be yourself, have a good camera, speak loud enough or you’ll have to re-record, be concise and confident with your answers and you should be fine. If they “find your interview responses competitive”, they’ll reach out and you’ll get a chance to talk to someone over the phone to discuss more about the role of the job and they’ll go from there.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at State Farm (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
