Phone screen was through an HR recruiter. Recruiter went over benefits and qualifications. She said that ultimately the hiring attorney was going to be the one who would decide whether an interview would be offered.

- what is your salary range
- are you ok with a hybrid work schedule
Straightforward, made it through multiple rounds. Little length between hearing back but was made aware that they were continuing to interview people and I believe I was given a rough timeline of decisions which was followed.
Fair, straight forward . Spoke with main attorney. Was honest about change and being in person. Questions on hybrid and what new job is like. Support in office and with other attorneys.

Interview
Long. Six rounds of interviews over the course of four to five months, including an initial screening interview responding to recorded questions instead of an actual person and some of those rounds including multiple interviews with different panels of people.
