Went through a phone screening. Then was invited to the office. Was informed in order to work in customer service a license was required. It seemed at this agency, they wanted more sales people then customer service. Realized this position was not a fit for me as I did not wish to do sales.. Or pay several hundred for a license.

Tele-interview first, second interview with hiring manager. Mainly behaviors questions and interview process were smooth. Be prepared to answer and be engaging. Interviewee will need to be professional and willing to learn. Please be confident and teachable. Questions are mainly about behaviors, customer service and scenarios that may varies.
