I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online for several positions. Passed battery of tests on personality, data entry and listening skills. My application status remained under HR consideration with no interview so I called HR and they suggested I attend the upcoming career fair in Metro Atlanta to meet the recruiters. Got the job!!

Interview
I applied for State Farm back in November I would say. Within a week I was be sent an email with a couple of forms to fill out. After I emailed back the forms within another week or so I received another email with a link for a series of skill test to take. Then I guess another 4 or 6 weeks past before I got another email asking me to set up a phone interview. I have the phone interview 4 days later. The interview was so laid back he asked typical questions. The key is to sound really bubbly and excited to work there. My interview lasted about 25 mins and after it was done he offered me the job. Now I am just waiting to clear my background check and drug test.

Interview
I applied for a position at this company back in January and never was offered a position. I applied again immediately after that interview, I had to take a test that consisted of data entry and typing. I then was sent an email to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview for about two weeks after receiving the email. I had an interview with a recruiter that was soooo amazing, he made me feel comfortable. He asked a lot of STAR based questions, I was offered the position after he asked the questions. If you are not offered the position after the phone call, you did not get it! I was sent over forms for a background check and drug test. These things took two days to go through I just received the call that I got the job today!

Interview
The hiring process was lengthy in my case but pretty straight forward. I rent to a recruitment fair they were having and waiting in line all day for a pretty typical behavioral based interview. After the interview, I was sent various links for online testing including a typing test, a personality test, and a customer service type test. After completing those, I got a call for a job offer after a few weeks.
