Interview
The interview was longer than expected; it was one hour of mostly behavioral questions. I was asked about my past experiences at jobs and they were pretty intense and detailed.

Question 1
Tell me about one time I was challenged and what I did to achieve with that situation.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
